• 2 Forms Of Photo identification (i.e.) State issued driver's license; ID card with picture; passport; military ID
• 2 Years Most Recent Tax Returns
• 2 Years W-2's And/or 1099's
• 30 days most recent paycheck stubs showing year-to-date earnings
• 2 months complete bank statements for all accounts listed on your loan application (most recent and please provide all pages)
• Stocks, bonds, 401k's & etc. most recent statements (all pages)
• Landlord names, addresses, phone numbers for the last 12 months
• Copy of current mortgage statement(s) for refinances only
