Please provide the following as soon as possible to expedite the processing of your mortgage loan:
- 2 Forms Of Photo identification (i.e.) State issued driver's license; ID card with picture; passport; military ID
- 2 Years Most Recent Tax Returns
- 2 Years W-2's And/or 1099's
- 30 days most recent paycheck stubs showing year-to-date earnings
- 2 months complete bank statements for all accounts listed on your loan application (most recent and please provide all pages)
- Stocks, bonds, 401k's & etc. most recent statements (all pages)
- Landlord names, addresses, phone numbers for the last 12 months
- Copy of current mortgage statement(s) for refinances only
