I have been a Payson resident for over 30 years. I have been in real estate related industries for 18 years, including 12 years as a mortgage planner; 3 years as an escrow professional; and 3 years as a licensed insurance agent. As a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist I feel it is my responsibility to give sound advice to my clients regarding the largest financial obligation that they will incur during their lifetime.  I believe that being on the cutting edge in my field enables me to be an important resource to my clients and assisting them in making informed financial decisions that affect their financial futures.  As a member of The National Assiciation of Mortgage Brokers, The Arizona Association of Mortgage Brokers, The Mortgage Market Guide, The Loan Tool Box, The Mortgage Mastery Club, and The Mortgage Coach I realize the importance of education and training in our industry and spend hours studying and learning both online and at seminars around the country from top industry professionals.
